Every listing is verified before it goes live. Here's the process.

Step 1

Submit your documents

Breeders upload IKC registration certificates, microchip documents, and health test results. Service providers upload public liability insurance and qualifications. Everything goes into a verification queue.

Step 2

Human review

Our gatekeeper team manually reviews every submission — checking that the microchip number format is valid, that the IKC registration is genuine, and that the insurance documents are current. Target SLA: 24-48 hours.

Step 3

Live & searchable

Once approved, your listing appears in search with a verification badge. Buyers can filter by breed, county, purpose, and health-tested status — every result they see has been checked.

Step 4

Safe conversation

Buyers and sellers chat in-app. Our system flags messages that mention deposits, off-platform payments, or courier arrangements — the classic scam patterns. Never pay before viewing.

Step 5

Build your Honours record

Champion dogs get a permanent trophy profile — verified achievements, pedigree, and progeny all linked together. Every puppy from a champion litter carries that lineage forward.
